It is a common practice that a number of accessories are installed in a vehicle after acquiring it. There are various reasons for that. Some of them improve performance, and same make the driving safer. With the help of some aftermarket products you can enhance the looks of a vehicle or even customize its looks. Strut bars are suspension accessories. They tie together the two strut towers. When coil spring and shock absorber are packed in one unit the suspension load is transmitted to the top of the strut tower whereas in other type of system the spring coil and shock absorber separately share the load. While cornering a bending force is created within the strut towers when the single unit system is used. Strut bars reduce the bending force by tying the two strut towers. Without going into complicated technological details it can be said that strut bars provide extra stiffness between the strut towers and improve the handling of the vehicle.

The driver of a vehicle should be able to see clearly ahead of him for safe movement of the vehicle. Fog lights are of help when visibility is very poor due to fog, rain, snow, or ...
... dust. They are installed just below the headlights. Most of their light is directed at low level and you can also see clearly on the sides of the vehicle. Very bright sources of lights like halogen lights and high intensity discharge lights are used in fog lights. While locating fog lights it has to be ensured that they do not blind the driver of the vehicle coming from the opposite side. Mostly the fog lights are yellow in color but some brighter sources of light give light of purplish color. Fog lights are available for all types of vehicles. Fog lights kits come with wires and switches. Fog lights take the driving safety to a higher level.

Strut bars and fog lights can be had from automobile dealers or automobile ancillary stores. You can also look for them on internet from the comfort of your home. You will have wide variety to choose from. Both of them will improve your driving experience. You can look for strut bars at www.ilovebodykits.com.
