According to Kristi, her success can be attributed to respect for other people, communication skills and of course, hard work. The Sorensens are not atypical within this company, although their attitude and the way they run their business are both atypical of the insurance and financial services industry in general. According to Kristi, many other small communities like theirs need more people providing financial guidance to individuals and families. This will help people in these communities to build a strong financial future for themselves and their families. In fact, Kristi even says her ultimate dream would be to bring World Financial Group to every small community in the country.
