Unbalanced nutrition leads to deficiency of B vitamins and other vitamins which are important for hair growth and health.
It is crucial to get the right vitamins in the right amount in order to cure hairloss and help hair to grow much stronger and healthier. Vitamins for baldness can be found in cosmetic products, example biotin in shampoos, and also in food and supplements.

Better blood flow and more oxygen are important for hair growth; vitamin E Helps the blood circulation in the scalp and stimulates oxygen intake, therefore important for hair growth and the prevention of hair loss.

There are many more vitamins that can prevent hair loss and help to grow healthier hair. Balanced nutrition is the key and the amount of vitamins in the body should be checked every once in a while to make sure the nutrition is balances enough.
