Every search engine is connected to robots also known as spiders which are responsible to put up a website on the first page of the search engine or the last page. When it comes to Search Engines, the listings displayed can be categorized into Organic Listing and Inorganic/Paid Listing. As the name indicates, Organic Listing is something which are displayed on search engines without you having to pay for it. On the contrary Paid listing is the one displayed right on top or the sides of the search engines and you are charged per click. According to the statistics Paid listing gets only 25% of the traffic, whereas Organic Listing gets 75% of the traffic. Another important thing that needs to be added is that the number one result on search engine gets 40% of the 75% traffic.
There are three important factors which determine the organic search engine results:
Content
Content is the foremost thing which favors search engines to a large extent. Search Engines are pleased by new content adding into your website. Many websites take the help of blogs and articles to bring in new content to their website. Moreover with Social Media on the boom you can also refer to rss feed.
Visitors
Ranking is directly proportional to the number of visitors on your website. The higher rate of traffic on your website, the more importance is given to your website by search engines. Here is where your blogs play a role; they direct your audience to your website. Avail every chance that you get to bring in visitors to your site.
Back links
Back linking is simply receiving links from other website to your website. For years the myth that revolves about back linking is to exchange links with other sites. This is true, but this will only favor your if others have ‘your links’ which is actually sending visitors to your website and not when you have ‘their links’.
