Things To Carry On Tibet Travel

Tibet travel is one of the most preferred activities that any traveller might wish to experience. In case if you love mountains, you are definite to love Tibet. This place is full of some of the rarest sights that will surely provide a treat to the eyes. But, travelling in Tibet is no walk in a park. Rather, it calls for a greater perseverance against the hostilities and hazards that the place has to offer. It will, therefore, be much helpful for you to know well in advance that what you must carry while planning a trip to Tibet.
Backpacks: While planning a Tibet travel always put a backpack on the top of your must-to-carry list. Usually a 45 litres of backpack will do great. But the smaller the size would be, the easier it will be for you to carry. However, if you wish to engage yourself in hiking or camping activities, you must also carry a small bag along with the large one. Also remember not to over burden the backpack, or else you will loose much of your energy while carrying it on your back.
Shoes: You must wear a pair of hiking boots while travelling to Tibet. Always choose the boots that come with high uppers ...
... and a hard bottom. This will help you to get a better grip of the ground on the mountainous terrains. They can also keep your feet warm and dry all day long.
Clothes: Tibet is a cold place. So, you must carry a proper arrangement of warm clothes during Tibet travel. The sweat shirts can prove to be very helpful while in Tibet. No matter from which part of the world you are coming, do not forget that Tibet is situated at an altitude of 16,000 ft. Therefore, it is quite obvious that the place will offer you some of the chilliest temperatures that you can ever expect. Also there is a huge difference in between the day and night temperatures. So, you need to take proper protection for yourself to enjoy the place.
Sun Protectors: As Tibet is one of the few areas on the earth that has a direct solar radiation, the UV content of the sun rays is comparatively higher. Also their reflections off the snow clad mountains can damage your eye sight. So, to protect yourself from this you must carry quality pair of sunglasses and sun screen lotions with higher degree of sun protection factor (SPF) during Tibet travel. These will help you to protect yourself from the harmful effects of sun and also will let you enjoy the beauty of the place in its truest manners.
Medicines: No matter wherever you are travelling, it pays to carry medicines along with you. And as Tibet is located at a higher altitude, carry medicines that will come handy to tackle high altitude sickness. But, it is always advised that you must consult a medical practitioner before you pick up any medicine randomly.
