"Have you ever observed a great accomplishment by someone, perhaps an athlete beating all odds, only to achieve the seemingly impossible? There must have been a euphoric feeling that was felt in the moments surrounding the event that changed their lives. Some of the greatest and happiest moments I can remember have been based on a great achievement of my own, or that of another.

What makes fulfilling our goals such an enthralling experience in our lives? If we do something that we dream about, a part of us grows and matures, isn't that what it feels like? Does seeing other people do amazing things show us that we can do the same things and instill a hope that one day we can or will get that place? Is that why it can be so moving, so enlivening, so joyful?

If you know the feeling of watching others overcome obstacles, then you can see a type of relation in this picture. If you see someone else accomplish it, it just shows that you could do the same. If one person can do it, does it not stand to reason that other people will, too? Once something has been accomplished, there is always someone more than willing to take it to the next level.

Doing things that advocate humanitarian efforts makes a real standard for those who want to continually beat the odds at whatever they do. Getting together a large accumulation of people to establish the same belief, would mean that these efforts could, indeed, make a change in the world's humanitarian outlook. There are not many who strive to do their best, but you could imagine what the world would be like if that changed. Seeing people change in steps is something that can be accomplished through this humanitarian attitude. So, how do we start this changing development?

One of the starting procedures to reaching our goals as a unit is to change our ethical way of thinking. Is there a reason why this is the situation? We make several decisions throughout our life that are made through thoughts based on our ethics. If a person has no ethical foundation, chances are their day-to-day actions are not reaching for the stars. Lives can change for the best if people are engulfed in a great ethical background. It is also possible this person is reaching advanced heights in human potential. New heights open abounding possibility. Every time someone takes a stride up, we are inspired to continue going forward. Inspiration breeds newer heights. If everyone put as much effort into humanitarian projects, then we would see something completely different than the world we live in today."
