I would have said that the answer to that is no. How can a t shirt be used to bring the lost to Christ ? That is a crazy thought. People don't come to the Lord because they saw some creative witty saying on a t shirt. First of all, how many times have you actually seen someone wear a Christian t shirt ? Unless you live in a Christian commune somewhere or go to a Christian festival or concert, you probably never even see anyone wear them. Secondly, people are brought to Christ by Christ and not by article of clothing. If we as people have anything to do with it , we are used as a tool but even then , there has to be a relationship. I am sure you have heard the saying, make a friend, be a friend, bring a friend to Christ.

I can say and not proudly, that I have friends that I have not talked to about Christ. Some are people that I know need to know the peace, love and grace of God and yet I have not talked to them. A big reason in addition to fear of them thinking I am crazy is that I never seem to have that opening. If they would just ask me to talk to them about God, it would make it so much easier. I believe that wearing a Christian t shirt that outwardly shows that you are a person of faith can help open doors to have a meaningful conversation. Even if the conversation is not that deep, I believe that it can be a way to open the door. Wearing a Christian t shirt shows indicates that you are a follower of Christ and may lead to some questions being asked of you about your faith.
