Octane cross trainers are a particular brand of cross trainers that are known for being reliable and effective. If you are thinking of finding a new way to stay in shape then, cross trainers are one of the best ways for several reasons and this is a great purchase for your home.

Essentially cross trainers help you to do the same thing as running does which is to burn fat, strengthen your heart, improve your lung strength and more. This works because it is a form of cardiovascular exercise. This means that it utilizes the heart and the rest of the human circulatory system in order to provide your muscles with energy. The way this works is that the body uses up the energy that is readily available in the muscles first, and then from there it then starts to look to other sources for its energy. The main source it finds this way is the fat stores around the body and so it then burns these in order to carry the energy to where it is needed. This requires oxygen as it is used for its reactivity in order to break up the fat into energy and that means that you are required to breath harder and then pump that oxygen to where ...
... its needed in the body.

All this then means that you are working first and foremost your heart which beats harder to carry blood, then your lungs in order to get the oxygen in and then your muscles in order to sustain the movement. As you use your muscles you will also be causing microtears in the muscle fiber which is built back when you consume amino acids in order to become thicker resulting in firmer and larger appearing muscles. Perhaps most importantly though for most people this will also result in fat loss as so much of it is broken down for energy.

So from using cardiovascular training of any kind you will burn fat, build muscle, improve the strength of your heart, improve your lung capacity, lower blood pressure and tone yourself up – and that's just the half of it.

So why octane cross trainers? Well the reason that these are so good is first of all the fact that you use your upper and lower body (unlike running to the same degree). This then means that you improve coordination also as you have to coordinate the way you move your arms with the rhythm at which you move your legs. This also means that you won't only be toning up your leg muscles and buttocks, but also your arms, shoulders and upper body. Furthermore the fact that more of your body will be building muscle, that then means that you will burn more fat in order to build and maintain that muscle.

Additionally it will improve your joints as there will be no jolting which comes as you run. Cross trainers are completely 'non contact' and this is because you are sliding back and forth. This in turn means that it's not at all hard on your knees or on your elbows and that it's suitable for those with bad knees, ankles, backs etc.
