Most of have heard that there are good but cheap Mexico beachfront lots out there. The question is, are they the right thing for you? The following are a few points to consider which will help you decide.

You love nature. Most of Mexico’s very affordable beachfront lots are surrounded by lots of nature. Besides the beautiful ocean and seas and the soft-sanded beaches, there are lagoons that are great for fishing, natural pools called “cenotes,” cave systems, jungle, mountains, desert … and the list goes on. There is also plenty of wildlife including birds, fish, monkeys, dolphins, etc. Part of the reason these beaches have so much nature is because they are still fairly isolated.

You’re interested in low-priced investment. Some cheap lots are in areas that show great potential to boom in the near future. Tourism is just beginning to grow and some upscale real estate developments are also showing up along with golf courses and other “tourism infrastructure.” Nearby airports and good road access all point to good potential for later resale without much of a gamble. What’s more, the cost is low and in the mean time you can enjoy life on the beach!

Besides the fact that lots in locations like those described above can be found for less than $60,000 USD, it is also a good way to save up funds and have a house built a little down the road. While you want to enjoy your new beachfront property as soon as possible, you don’t need to fork out all the cash at once and you can make an affordable plan without getting into debt.
