If you are suffering with missing teeth or have lost teeth due to an accident where you have banged your mouth and teeth have fallen out then you may need to have partial dentures or a bridge fitted. Many people take great pride in their teeth and have spent all their lives taking care of them and taking regular trips to the dentist. Even if you have done all this you can still loose teeth as you get older or may need to have teeth removed due to problems. If you have missing teeth and you are unhappy to have gaps in your teeth then partial dentures are a great solution that can easily be fitted.

If you leave gaps in your teeth it can start to cause other problems such as tooth decay in the teeth next to the gaps. This is because food will always be getting stuck in the gap when you eat and over time this can cause surrounding teeth to suffer. Having missing teeth can also make a person look much older than they actually are so if you take pride in your appearance you will be keen to sort out the problem with partial dentures. If you want to get your missing teeth sorted out then you will need to visit your dentist who ...
... can then discuss the cost involved with partial dentures and how they will be made. Partial dentures are fixed onto a palate that can be removed for cleaning and taken out when you don’t want to wear them.

A professional dentist will arrange for your partial dentures do be made with specialist dental equipment and if they need adjusting when they are fitted the dentist will have the correct dental equipment to do this. To look after your partial dentures you will need to clean them daily to make sure they are kept hygienic and no food is stuck on them. The dentist will be able to recommend the necessary dental equipment needed to look after partial dentures such as special toothbrushes and toothpastes designed for cleaning dentures.
