These two partners have proven how determined they are to dream big and win big with a successful business in Alberta, Canada as well as a successful marriage and family. Some might fear that a husband and wife would have difficulties also running a business together, but in this case, it seems to have actually made them stronger.

As a married couple, Harinder and Jagjot Sukhija start off their day in their own ways. Harinder meditates and has his regular phone call with his parents in India, while Jagjot has her cup of tea, and then the two take their morning walk. But unlike most couples, they don’t go their separate ways after their morning routine. The pair begins their workday together, discussing all the latest details of their business. The business has been the main occupation of these two Canadian residents for nearly five years. The pair also dedicated a great deal of time and effort when they started their WFG Canada business together four and a half years ago. They were barely able to spend any time alone and Jagjot had a career of her own that she put aside to help make the family business as strong as possible.

Now Harinder and Jagjot Sukhija are able to make time for their children and each other, and they are glad to put the business aside when they aren’t working. In fact, they claim working together has strengthened their entire family. The success of their business may also be attributed to their strong marriage. The business has expanded exponentially and grown to encompass hundreds of associates in multiple locations. Harinder was quick to climb as high as he could within the company and became a Senior Vice Chairman in 2008. That position is a dream come true, especially compared to their days back in India, with him running a cable manufacturing business and her running the home. But for a couple like this, dreaming big is part of what keeps them together.
