An electrostatic precipitator (ESP) or electrostatic air cleaner is particulate collection device, which remove particles from flowing gas (such as air). Electrostatic precipitator is highly efficient filtration device, which minimally impede flow of gases and remove fine particulates of matter. In contrast to wet scrubbers that apply energy to flowing fluid medium, an ESP applies energy to particulate matter being collected. The most basic precipitator contain row of thin vertical wires followed by stack of large flat metal plates.

The kitchen exhaust system of this sort is good for most of people who are looking for quick solution and in an increasingly polluted world idea of breathing clean air has to be taken seriously. It is not surprising to learn that electronic air purifier is one of the best options against various air purification solutions, as number of pollutants entering home or outdoors has increased drastically. The electronic air purifiers work differently from other air purifiers and have unique technology, which help in eliminating impurities ...
... from air.

Electronic air purifier on the other hand is able to handle all pollutants and much effective in absorbing contaminants. The idea of developing electronic air purifier was first introduced by Fredrick G. Cottrell who out of necessity developed a mean to control polluted air.

Kitchen ventilation is easy with Quiet-Aire's products, which are worthwhile in investing and built with superior construction. High efficiency filtration of commercial kitchen exhaust is dominated by two technologies: dry media filtration and electrostatic precipitation. The Quiet-Aire Ecology Unit uses simple 3 stage filtration to provide consistent exhaust cleaning down to 0.3 micron. Installation can be done in ceiling space above the kitchen exhaust hood. The Ecology APU provides food service operator an economical solution to problems which in past have prevented the installation of commercial kitchen.
