According to world news report Google is planning to shut down Google Buzz and the Buzz API to focus on Google+. The news report says Google is willing to give more focus on its new social media service Google+ rather than anything else, thus Google has finally decided to shut down the Google Buzz service because the company doesn’t need it anymore.

For those who don’t know - Google Buzz is a social networking, micro blogging and messaging tool from Google that was integrated into the company's web-based email program, Gmail and the purpose was quite obvious to share links, photos, videos, status messages and to have conversation just as like any social networking site.

Google Buzz was used to share information publicly or privately among friends or people having same interest, but now very sadly it will be closed very soon as Google confirmed.
