But the developer admits it's a bit of a gimmick.

And at an extra 600,000 Baht (US$19,212) it doesn't come cheap.

Although if you don’t want it - there is a spiral staircase fitted as standard.

If you are interested, you have a choice of 2 or 3 bedroom models.

All the villas have a small garden, a garage and automatic gate.

Plus, the estate has 24-7 security.

Everything will be finished by December this year.

The downside?

There are only 8 villas and 2 are already sold.

And there is a reservation on another.
