However, for many women winters comes with dryness to their face, hands and feet. If not taken care in time, it may lead to more serious problems like flaking, chapped lips, itchiness, cracking and much more. So it is vital to pay special attention to your skin during winters to maintain healthy, radiant skin.
Here are few beauty care tips and tricks for winter:
First of all, you must cleanse your face with a mild cleanser. It will help in removing any dirt, pollutants or makeup leftovers from your face. You should choose a lip balm that contains ingredients like shea butter and olive oil. Be sure you apply your lip balm before going to bed. It will wake up with soft and supple lips in the morning. You may choose a lip balm that already has sunscreen in it.
You should avoid bathing with hot water as it will steal the moisture from your skin. Use lukewarm water and be sure you apply moisturizing lotion to your body.
Drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated and moisturized from within. You may drink lukewarm water as it will help in flushing out toxins from your body.
