The Right Path Towards An Effective Homemade Facial Scrub
A lot of people tend to neglect their face, but you can make up for that if you make using homemade facial scrub a part of your daily routine. You can find such products in stores too, but it is better to make them at home, making sure that they are suitable for the state of your skin.
Coffee scrub
For this facial scrub made at home all you need is to mix some brewed coffee with an equal amount of cottage cheese. Apply the scrub to your face and massage it with circular movements. Leave it one for 10 minutes and then just wash it off with warm water.
Baking soda scrub
In case you would like to use this facial scrub made at home, you should mix one part water with three parts of baking soda. You should achieve a paste, which you need to rub on your face, scrubbing it. To make sure that the scrub won’t dry your skin, leave some water on.
Brown sugar and olive oil scrub
This homemade facial scrub is also good for the entire body. To prepare it you need two tablespoons of brown sugar and olive oil. When you apply it make sure that the sugar will exfoliate the skin deeply and help you get ...
... rid of the dead skin cells. The advantage of the facial scrub made at home is that the olive oil will leave the skin really smooth and it can be used in the shower after using a mild cleanser.
Honey scrub
You may know that one of the most useful ingredients of the homemade facial scrub is honey. So you should mix together two grinded almonds, a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Then apply the scrub gently to the face.
There is also another kind of honey facial scrub made at home. In this case you need to mix half tablespoon of honey with a teaspoon of salt and gently massage it in the skin.
Exfoliating scrub
In case of this homemade facial scrub you need to take 2-3 teaspoons of raw oats and crush them into smaller pieces. Mix the powder with honey and a quarter of teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. In case the facial scrub made at home needs it, add some more honey. Then just add a single drop of basil oil. If you are using the homemade facial scrub for healing face problems, add a drop of tea tree oil.
