Many people like running but don't do, since running will make feet thick. Are gross legs the wrong of running?
Running really lets legs get ugly sometimes, for example, feet of sprint runner look quite sturdy, it also leads feet to be beefy and nice. Marathon sportsmen just have fine line, which is the result of running gesture and time. If the other or both meets ground ahead, the shank and joint would be hurt, it could irritate muscles so as to get feet ugly. Maybe we can let heels touch ground first and then sole, so we would not be injured with ankle forced, remember to keep joint of knee bending a little, it contributes to legs without stimulating, the method will reduce the possibility of ugly legs.

So you will find out that the runner's legs are quite thick, when the level is lower and the time is short it is anaerobic exercise like marathon, they go on miles away each day, finally their legs are not so thick.
Therefore, the way to avoid thick legs is to run slowly efficiently and for long time, it uses body's sugar and fat. We should spend 40 minutes running or three hours, the rate should be lower, at the same time we need make rate reasonable, but we couldn't run tardily as well or it will make no difference.
Running at least 20 minutes not only depletes plenty of sugar but also can reduce fat of internal, according that slowly long running is not much violent, it could not let us breathe difficultly, then it contributes to lose weight. We should know that fatter crowds that are planning to lose weight may worry their joint, It will hurt the joint of knee and ankle, so that those people ought not to run slowly too long.
Better gesture you use, healthier you are, I think everyone cares himself very much. How need we learn to do? You know and I see, learn to make your legs more beautiful through running, now that the good advice is there. Action!
