The Maserati GranTurismo Convertible Sport is equipped with new interior features such as the new M-Design seats, lumbar support, Trofeo-design gearshift paddles, new colors and standard pedals in drilled aluminum for a sportier, race-inspired look and feel. Trofeo-design gearshift paddles are standard on the Convertible Sport, with an elongated ergonomic shape to better activate the Maserati shifting mode.

The new M-design seats take inspiration from the Maserati grille lines and feature Poltrona Frau™ leather whether the lumbar support is now standard on the GranTurismo Convertible Sport driver and passenger sides. The GranTurismo C badge is located on the passenger side dashboard whereas two new colors have been introduced with this model: biancopregiato and grigiochrono, respectively a new ivory (replacing previous avorio) and a new gray (replacing grigiomedio). Standard exterior paintworks for the 2012 Maserati GranTurismo Convertible Sport are: bianco Eldorado, grigio Alfieri, grigiogranito, grigio touring, nero, nerocarbonio and the new rossotrionfale.
