There is a good bit more to being a customer services advisor than just having good communication skills. You should find someone who is properly trained in auto repairs and has about two years in the industry or, at least, a strong educational background with all the necessary certifications.
If you are determined in building up a successful business in the automotive service industry, you have to treat customer relations seriously and build a trust with everyone you serve and the best way to go about building that type of trust is having a friendly advisor.
