Who doesn't like to barbeque or grill or even smoke that perfect meat and get it to that point where it literally melts in your mouth? This is only possible with the best of grillers and among those ‘best’ is the Big Green Egg. This is the one griller, smoker and barbeque equipment which will transform your barbequing experience.

There is the standard grill, and then there is this other one which is shaped like an egg. The technique to using the ceramic grills can also be different. For one thing, the amount of coal as fuel is not as much as those compared when using a regular grill. As a matter of fact, you could even reuse the coal that has been left from the previous cooking. But what sets this grill apart is that you simply don't have to stand by and check up on the meat each time. By closing the lid and adjusting the thermostat control, the griller can join their family and friends until the timer goes off if there is one.

The ceramic grill is a technology that has been around for a thousand or two thousand years, it is a very old technology and it is just currently that Americans and the rest around the globe are getting to fully enjoy the advantages of this excellent egg shaped griller.
