For this year’s event, the awarding was held last February in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Complete Merchant Solutions received the award as one of the fastest growing merchant acquirers in the U.S. Receiving the award in behalf of the company was David Decker of Utah. Previously a Vice President of Sales for a large agent office of Wells Fargo Bank, Dave Decker used his experience and network to co-found Complete Merchant Services in 2008.
