Industrial safety has been taking the spotlight for quite a while now. These include burn and scald injuries caused by hot steam emanating from hoses or by accidentally touching uninsulated hoses. Recent advancements in thermal protection technologies are utilizing closed cell silicone sponge rubber materials to create a wrap for protecting hot process lines. Sponge rubber is far superior to the traditional mineral wool and hard lagging insulation method so commonly found in factories for its ease of installation, maintenance and very low thermal conductivity.
The sponge rubber insulation has the major advantage of being flexible and so does not hinder the movement of hoses attached to moving equipment or machinery. Its ability to withstand high temperatures means that replacement is required less frequently. Unlike traditional insulation technologies (consisting fibrous materials and hard outer cladding) silicone sponge rubber wrap is easy to install and does not require the expertise and skills of a professional contractor.

... Any active business site or factory will usually have an inflow and outflow of tools and equipment. Loading bays are at the heart of this infrastructure. It also means that the loading bays in use should be kept in peak condition to avert delays. Probably the biggest reason for maintaining your loading bay in top running order is to increase the safety of the equipment. Over a period of time, all machinery begins to deteriorate, which is why it becomes vital to not only have it regularly serviced, but that you also consider the benefits of a refurbishment.
After all loading bays are used for many commercial and industrial operations, when goods and assets including machinery needs to be unloaded and transported on site. You don't want the goods which you are responsible for transportation and/or delivery to be damaged in transit or during loading or unloading. In today's world half the battle is won on appearance. When your potential customer sees that your loading bays and associated equipment are kept in excellent condition, then not only is customer confidence bolstered; you also tip the scales in your favor for winning the contract.
