Samsung Galaxy R And Galaxy W - Offer Superb Features To Meet All Of Your Needs
The Samsung Galaxy W and the Samsung Galaxy R are the two new phones that Samsung are building up the hopes for. These two phones provide some of the outstanding features seen in their segments so far, but will also be extremely cost-effective as well. The Samsung Galaxy S2 is a phone that was making no compromises, but it was understandable in that it had to beat the best phone of all – the iPhone 4. The Samsung Galaxy W and the Samsung Galaxy R, however, do not have such pressures, but it is a much likely that the Samsung Galaxy R will be able to beat the iPhone 4 on its own.
The sharing of the number of features from the Samsung Galaxy S2 is responsible for the Samsung Galaxy R attaining the status as one of the most feature rich phones launched in recent times. The Galaxy R comes with a 4.2 inch display, which is very much similar to the likes of the 4.3 inch unit seen in the Samsung Galaxy S2, but it has the LCD display unit instead of the AMOLED technology. Many would have expected this to make a significant difference when it comes ...
... to the quality of the display, but it seems like the Galaxy R has managed to evade such differences because the LCD display unit is not as inferior as many people would suggest. The Samsung Galaxy W, on the other hand, looks like a phone that is set to take on the iPhone 4 once the price of this phone is reduced following the iPhone 5 launch.
In other words, the Samsung Galaxy W will now be taking on the iPhone 3GS, but it will eventually shift its focus towards the iPhone 4. It has a 3.8 inch display that enables you to do so, while the high resolution of 480 x 800 pixels provides the display with incredible amount of detail that is necessary for playing high definition content. The Samsung Galaxy R will be providing a total of 8 GB of internal memory in addition to the external memory card support, while the same option is present in the Samsung Galaxy W as well apart from the internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy R will provide a dual core processor, while the Samsung Galaxy W offers only a single core unit. The processor in the Samsung Galaxy R is rated at 1 GHz, while the 1.4 GHz unit does the job in the Samsung Galaxy W.
The Android 2.3.4 version is likely to be available in both phones given the powerful nature of the processor, with the update soon available to the Android 2.3.5 version. This provides the Google wallet feature in addition to video calling and many others. The Samsung Galaxy R is a phone that will be available in the UK from the Q4 onwards, with no specific date attached to the launch of the Samsung Galaxy W. Either way, both phones have something to look forward to.
