Mobile Application - What Difference Does The Square Make?
The Android is an open source platform and coming up a big way. There are a number of Android mobile applications that you can download and add extra features to the mobile device that you have. One such latest application is Square. Before going on to the features of this application let us first see what factors led the development of this application.
The first system of transaction was barter in which one thing was exchanged for another. Then it was the age of currency notes until the credit cards came into play. Once the credit cards were introduced in the market there was no need of carrying any money. This was only subject to the fact that the seller should have the card swapper. At times the seller did not have the card swapper and this led to inconvenience for not only the buyer but also the seller. Once the internet penetrated the offices and homes people started paying the money through the internet. Now with the smart phones in the market people wanted to pay the bills through the smart phone device that they have. This need of the people let to the development of an Android application called Square.
Once ...
... you download the Square application you can use the smart phone device to pay for anything that you buy. This means you need not carry currency notes and the transaction does not involve use of paper so this application is environmental friendly too. It helps in conservation of energy and natural resources.
Square is just a little square. You just need to plug in to your iPhone device. Once this is done you can pay your bill or transfer the money by swiping your credit card through it. This sort of payment can be done for all the commodities and services that you buy without carrying any cash. The iPhone device with the Square and the credit card is all that you need for carrying out the transaction.
The tracking of the transactions is also easy with the help of Square. After every transaction you will be receiving a receipt either on your mobile phone or in your email box. These receipts can be accessed in a secured way.
The Square facilitates the user with such a user interface (UI) that you can see how much money you have paid through the tax, tips and even know how you have paid them.
The Square is compatible with the operating system and platform of the Android smart phones as well.
Considering the growing demand of this application, Motorola has launched a mobile phone with the Square, so that the user does not have to search for it and buy it separately. This phone is targeted at the youth market segment and is of such a size that fits the palm.
