Sometimes, a company needs motivation to get back in a groove where everyone works together for a common good, and the employees are proud of their work place and the company they work for. You do not have to limit these events to just employees though. Some events include the families of employees and even allow for the families to get involved with competitions amongst the different departments in your company. They include activities like who can collect the most canned food for a food drive, or who can collect the most box tops for a school fundraiser. Including families can unite your work force in a way that reduces employee outages and lessens the turnover rate.

When you are spending a large amount of time trying to train new employees, then you are wasting company resources and time. You need to be inventive in finding ways to hold your company together as a united work force without breaking your company budget.
