How to Combat Bad Breath
Having stinky breath is worse than having something in your teeth. And this is the reason why. If you have a little something stuck on your teeth, there’s a pretty good chance that somebody will inform you. If, on the other hand, your breath smells like garlic or onions or last night’s menu, very few people will tell you about it. It's quite possible to possess really foul-smelling breath that offends anybody who stands near you. People will turn their heads and also move away to escape the foul odor. But not many will have the guts to inform you, right to your face, that you have halitosis... bad breath.
Having bad breath could drive people away from you and can play havoc with your business and social life. There are a range of different causes of bad breath ranging from something you simply ate to several undiagnosed health problems. It can also be caused by poor dental hygiene, like failing to brush your teeth on a regular basis. If it was something you ate, then it is nothing to stress about health-wise. You can just suck a mint or use a squirt of breath freshener spray. But ...
... health conditions that cause bad breath need to be pinpointed and corrected, since the bad breath is just a symptom of something more serious that needs to be attended to.
Food dishes containing onions or garlic can make your breath smell really foul. So if you're taking someone special out for a date and eating this type of food, ensure you both eat exactly the same garlic or onion-laced dishes, because in that case, neither of you will likely be able to smell the other's foul breath. But any third party who hasn't eaten the same food as you might probably by knocked off their feet by your garlicky, oniony breath. So please remember to use a breath freshener before you socialize with anyone.
SweetBreath, is a number one manufacturer of breath fresheners. It is very likely that you have walked by SweetBreath mists, sprays, or mouth washes because they are sold at Walgreens, CVS, Albertsons, FredMeyer, and a variety of national drug stores.
The sprays, drops, and mists are available in 4 flavors: Peppermint, Spearmint, Sweetmint and Cinnamon. My favorite is the micro mists because they attach to your keychain and that means you don’t need to fret about forgetting it!
Of course, brushing and/or flossing your teeth is the way to keep bad breath at bay. But if you are on-the-go or you just ate lunch, a few drops or a quick spray on the tongue beats nothing.
Remember, like most fresheners, you’ll need to be weary of leaking bottles and you’ll need something stronger for long-lasting.
Visit Sweetbreath.com and stock up on some great breath fresheners.
