Home Remedies For Flabby Skin - Safe Natural Treatment
Flabby skin is a common problem these days. Child-birth, heredity, age related drop in production of elastin and collagen proteins, exhaustive dieting, weight loss surgery, physical inactivity, high intake of alcohol, rapid weight loss etc puts on the flab on you. Skin, owing to any of these factors, loses its tightness and elasticity; becomes flabby and saggy. Thus the root cause of flabby skin is abrupt loss of muscle mass along with fat. When this happens, the skin on top loses support, becomes excess and looks flabby. It is usually noticed on arms, thighs, belly, hips or waist. A person with flabby skin looks un-smart. The flab throws the person out of shape and deteriorates his or her body image. It also makes the person suffer from inferiority complex.
Home Remedies For Flabby Skin
1. Practice breathing exercises. Forcefully exhale air through nose drawing in the diaphragm. Do this for 20 minutes daily morning prior to breakfast.

3. Massage the flabby zones with Vitamin E oil. This trims the flab and makes you look smart and taut.
4. Mash strawberries and apply on flabby skin. Wash after 15-20 minutes. This tones and tightens skin.
5. Blend cucumber slices with yoghurt in a blender. Apply the mixture on affected skin and keep for 20 minutes. Do this regularly to get rid of the flab.
6. Blend 1 tablespoon rose oil with 1 cup of water. Refrigerate the solution and use it daily on flabby skin in order to tighten it. This is an effective home remedy for flabby skin.
7. Mix little honey with beaten egg white. Also add 1 teaspoon lime juice to the mixture and apply on flab. This will do away with the flabbiness.
8. Massaging skin for 30 minutes with avocado oil, almond oil, coconut oil or olive oil daily before bath eliminates the flabby look. You can also use any essential oil like lavender, basil etc for massaging.
9. Omega-3 fatty acids can counter flabby skin problem. Oily fishes like salmon, herring, tuna, sardine etc are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. So start consuming oily fishes.
10. Cut short on your consumption of refined sugar, junk food, alcoholic beverages, and carbonated beverages and consume more and more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
