Herbal Remedies For Arthritis - Treat Inflammation Of Joints
Arthritis is related with the pain of the joints and also with at least 25 different diseases. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and gouty arthritis are the most common form of arthritis. In this condition a person suffer from the inflammation of joints.
Some of the important causes of arthritis may be infections and joint injuries, stress of sprains, infections and joint injuries.
Some of the important sign and symptoms of arthritis are inflammation of the joint, swelling, pain and loss of function. Usually it happens that when knee of left leg gets affected then your right knee also gets affected. The pain in both the legs may be of different degree. Sometimes the pain of arthritis may be associated with the symptoms of fever. This pain of arthritis usually reappears with the exposure to cold.
You can easily treat this problem of arthritis with the help of herbal remedies for arthritis. Herbal remedies for arthritis are effective in getting relief from the pain and inflammation. Some of the important herbal remedies for arthritis are:
1. Take 10 gms of dry ginger powder with 15 ml of castor oil. ...
... Take this herbal medicine internally and it will provide you relief from painful joints. Take this herbal medicine continuously for 40 days.
2. Prepare a confection of garlic and til oil (2 cloves and 30 ml oil). Take this herbal medicine internally for some days. You can also apply the oil boiled with garlic over the painful joints in order to get relief from the pain.
3. You can apply the heated papaya or nirgundi or castor leaves over the painful areas. You can also apply the juice of onion with mustard oil on the affected joints in order to get relief from the pain.
4. You can also take a mixture prepared from two teaspoons of lemon juice with a teaspoon of honey. Mix these ingredients in a cup of warm water. This remedy is very effective for curing arthritis.
5. You can also take a clove of garlic fried in ghee or castor oil daily. It is very effective in treating arthritis but you must be regular.
6. Guggulu is an herb which is very effective in curing arthritis. If you get this herb then eat half a teaspoon twice a day after meals and that too with warm water.
7. You can also prepare a paste of 1 teaspoon red chilies and fresh ginger mixed in half a cup of sesame oil and strain. Apply this paste on the affected joints.
8. Rumoxil capsule and oil can be effectively used as one of the effective herbal remedies for arthritis. Alternatively, one can also use Rumatone Gold capsule and oil.
