With the larger temperature differences between day and night, some diseases begin to occur. Cough is one kind of repeated occurring disease every year. In order to prevent and treat cough in autumn, I will tell you the detailed information about root cause of cough.

There are mainly four kinds of diseases could induce cough. First, upper respiratory tract infection is also cold. The viruses enter into human body through nose and throat to cause inflammation of the upper respiratory tract mucosa. If children suffer from cold, they usually have cough symptoms. Second, bronchitis is mostly spread from upper respiratory tract infection. It is more acute, and people will have some discomforts such as cough and even breathing difficulties and hypoxia. Third, children younger than 2 years-old often have bronchial pneumonia, most of which are caused by upper respiratory tract and bronchitis infection. Fourth, people will get acute laryngitis when the viruses or bacteria attack the throat. Except the dry cough and throat pain, the most typical symptom is voice hoarseness.

Many people have such feelings that the cough occurs ...
... repeatedly for nearly half month. In fact, the formation and repeated occurrence of cough is the result of many complex factors.

Inhalation: The inhaled materials can be divided into specific substances and non-specific ones. The former includes dust mites, pollen, fungi and so on; while the non-specific inhalation includes sulfuric acid, sulfur dioxide, chlorine and so on.

Infection: The formation and recurrence of cough is closely related with repeated respiratory tract infection. Among cough patients, there must be bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma and other specific IgE. The inhalation of responding antigens may stimulate cough.

Food: The cough occurrence is caused by diet relationship, and especially some infants are vulnerable to food allergies, but it gradually decreases with age. The most common allergic foods are fish, prawns, crabs, eggs and milk.

Climate change: The changes of air temperature, temperature, pressure and air ions can induce coughing, so the incidence is higher in cold season.

If people could take active measurements to solve the root seasons and induce factors of cough, I think it is not difficult to prevent and treat cough.
