The other kind of medicine that is given is known as Anticonvulsants, which are used to prevent seizures. Various kinds of surgeries are also performed to recover faster, like Craniotomy, in which the skull is cut open to relieve the causes of increased pressure inside the skull. In a Burr Hole surgery, a small opening is made into the skull to remove all the clots of blood, preventing blockages.
