By terming online computer support, we are actually trying to express remote computer support. In such a high end technical support, the concerned technician directly accesses the client’s computer remotely via online system and rectifies the issue then and there. In some cases, the technician may also be in touch through telephone and dictate the process. In either case, the client need not move an inch from his workplace and the computer issue is resolved within no time. However, only those issues which are related to software and applications of a computer can be resolved by online computer support system.
Providing online computer support is no doubt a breakthrough in the service industry, and several organizations and businesses are already saving significant amount of time and resources by choosing this service.
