As a leader in the financial and home warranty industry, Cross Country Home Services was in great shape as a company, but under the guidance of Sandra Finn, the company has truly shot up in the ranks of the business world. As president of CCHS, she has taken the reins and pulled the ranks in many new directions that have propelled this enterprise both financially and reputation wise. With the economy in a crisis, many people continue to wonder how she has managed to pull of such a feat.

Surprisingly, Finn has taken very little credit for the success of the company and instead, has chosen to spotlight her dynamic management team and their hardworking employees as the primary reason for their tremendous success. Perhaps this way of thinking is what has made her the recipient of a number of awards including a position as one of the “Top 10 Women in Business”. She has also been heralded as heading one of the “Top 10 Women Led For-Profit Businesses in Florida”.
