Reggie's Roast is more than just a team of coffee roasters and farmers. As a native Jamaican, Reggie’s Roast founder Dr. Reggie Chung Loy understands the importance of giving back to the people in the Blue Mountain region of Jamaica who have been giving us the best tasting Jamaican Coffee for years. Reggie’s Roast developed Operation Giveback to help give back to the farmers and their families who have given us so much. As a part of this program, Reggie’s Roast donates a percentage of our profits to the coffee farmers and residents of Jamaica in an effort to enhance educational and health care opportunities. Over the years, Dr. Reggie and his medical team have given free medical exams to over 500 Jamaican farmers and their families, held local health fairs and participated in Breast Cancer Awareness campaigns where local breast cancer survivors were provided with reconstructive surgery courtesy of Reggie's Roast’s Operation Giveback. In addition, Reggie's Roast shows continuing commitment to the education of the children in the Blue Mountain Coffee region by teaming up with local schools and providing assistance with the development of literacy projects. As a part of Operation Giveback, Reggie’s Roast has provided resources to help these schools recruit and train special educators for special education classes.
