Centerpieces play an important role at an event. There are a lot of events that call for centerpieces, Wedding Centerpieces, Birthday Centerpieces, such as Sweet 16, Sweet 15 or Quinceanera, Over the Hill, Bridal or Wedding Shower Centerpieces, 1st Birthday Centerpieces, Religious Occasion Centerpieces, such as Baptism, First Communion, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Graduation Centerpieces, and Corporate Centerpieces. Centerpieces are used at a party that has seating at tables. Candy Centerpieces become the focal point of each table and the ‘center’ of your party. They can also be used as arrangements on a buffet or candy bar table or as a sign in table for guests. Centerpieces can be designed to meet your budget. You can choose large or tall or thin centerpieces or one low centerpiece or several smaller centerpieces. One unique idea is using a bud vase and having a mini bouquet of a lollipop and candy stick for each. Be sure the centerpiece is not in the way of guests being able to see and converse with the other guests at their table. By using a candy centerpiece, your guests will also get a favor from the centerpiece at the close ...

Personalized packaged candy and lollipops are wrapped in clear cello packages that very easily pop into vases of any size. Because they are wrapped, it makes the candy more sanitary than the open candy buffet table. Depending on the size of your party, a fun filled sweet theme can be a great way to entertain decorate and entice and please your guests as well as offering your guests a delicious sweet treat when the party is over. An added plus is a company that lets the buyer choose not only the design, but also works with your theme, and allows you to choose their colors for their party with coordinated ribbon and other adornments added to the candies that are arranged in the vase in the center of the table. A company that has an on-staff artist that can offer lots of designs and can incorporate your special theme, can be a great plus for helping you design a party to remember’.

Many of today’s event parties are highlighted by purchasing a ‘dream cake’. This has become such a modern day trend that there are TV shows about ‘Cake Decorators’, such as ‘Cake Boss.’ If your cake is going to be one of the focal points of the event, choose a candy centerpiece company that has an artist on staff that can make a design to match the cake décor. This can be a delightful way to pull the whole party together with not only the centerpieces but other candy labels, table cards, place cards that will all matching the cake design!

Candy Sticks and Lollipops can be used as the personalized candy favors that make up the centerpiece. Each candy package is personalized with labels, tags, or wraps and bows attached to make it easy for the party organizer or the party planner to just purchase a pretty glass vase and pop just them in the vase. These centerpiece candies can be purchased fully assembled or partial assembly in order to save money. Pretty glass vases can be found at the $1.00 stores, at Michael’s, Target and other craft stores. Another option is to check your local party rental and rent the vases just need for that day. Candy Centerpieces can be used at the tables or on a buffet table in lieu of flowers, and each candy item will be a favor for the guest to take home at the end of the party. Each candy item will have a label with the design chosen, event name, the honoree’s name and the date of the event on the personalized card, label or tag attached to the candy. All of this can be done in colors to match the party theme colors. Matching design of table number cards or header cards can adorn the top of the centerpiece. The design can be matching to the invitations they have received. Candy can even be attached to the placecard to make it even more special. A fun idea is to use the candy invite as a menu card for guests if a lunch or dinner is served. If a plain menu card is used select a company with matching designs for the menu cards which can also be included in the invite as a reply card with their meal checked off.

Candy can also be added to favorfulls, a clear plastic container adorned with a personalized design and a topper bow to use as center pieces or special gifts for the guests. Favorfulls can be filled with M&M’s, skittles, Hershey Mini Chocolate Bars, gumdrops, coated chocolate almonds, gum balls, or other bite sized candy. The candy centerpieces serve as the centerpiece decoration and a party favor for each guest when they leave the party! Don’t forget to order matching thank you cards or personalized note cards in a matching design for the birthday honoree to thank her guests after the party is over. If there is going to be a dance, candy theme songs can be played such as ‘ Lollipop Lollipop oh Lolli Lolli Lolli Lollipop.’

Your guests will appreciate all that extra time you spent picking out the perfect sweet treat candy and the personalized label that can even include a thank you. At the end of the event you will not be left with tons of flowers, but instead happy smiles when your guests take one of the centerpiece candies as a delicious favor!
