This phenomenon is sleep talking, people also called it somniloquy. Please don’t ignore it, it belongs to sleep disorder. It's a type of parasomnia-an abnormal behavior that takes place during sleep. It can be defined the utterance of speech or sounds during sleep without awareness of the event. Sleep talking can involve complicated dialogues or monologues, complete gibberish or mumbling.
Sleep-talkers are not typically aware of their behaviors or speech; therefore their voices and the type of language they use may sound different from their wakeful speech. So even though you can hear sounds clearly of sleep talker, you still don’t know the words they say.
