It is a wonderful thing to have a cup of aromatic coffee in the morning. However, more coffee make people cannot have a high quality sleep. So people believe drinking coffee is not good. Everything has its good effects and side effects, according to new show, experts told us drink a cup of coffee each day is beneficial for health.

More recently, Australian researchers looked at 18 studies of nearly 458,000 people. They found a 7% drop in the odds of having type 2 diabetes for every additional cup of coffee drunk daily. A study done over 30 years shows that those who drink coffee have a much lower chance of contacting Parkinson’s Disease. Those who reported drinking 3-5 cups of coffee daily were 65% less likely to develop dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, compared with nondrinkers or occasional coffee drinkers.

Studies have shown that those who drink coffee are 50 percent less likely to suffer from cancer. Most specifically studied were breast, rectal and colon cancers. 2 or more cups of coffee per day can reduce the risk of colon cancer by 25%. A 12-year study on Japanese women found that drinking 3 or more cups of coffee per day may actually halve the risk of developing colon cancer.
