Things To Consider In Pocket Folder Printing

Looking for a great way to impress your clients and win a deal? You know that the corporate world is a rat race and you need to always be one step ahead of the competition in order to win. So from the time that you bid for a deal, your presentation or your proposal should not only have a great offer, it should be contained in an elegant and presentable container. One solution is to have unique pocket folders specially made for your company. These will greatly enhance your presentations and proposal. Pocket folder printing may be pricey but they are worth it because of the good impressions that they will make on your clients and the deals that they are going to rake for you.
So how do you go about having the best deals for pocket folder printing? Here are some ideas.
1. Determine how many times in a month do you send out proposals? If you send at least twenty proposals each month, that would be an average of 240 per year. So you can ask for a quotation for 250 to 300 folders. But just for the sake of knowing, you can also ask for a quote for 500 and 600 folders that will be good for two years-use. You will realize ...

So if you do not have a lot of changes on the design of the folder, you can have many folders printed that could last you for two to three years. You get to save on printing and effort and you are protected from price adjustments because printing costs rise up almost every year due to the increase in materials and even labor costs.
2. Determine the size that you need. Most documents are in legal size, however, there are those that prefer to use the short size or the letter size. Because of their size, the folder that can contain a short bond paper will be a little cheaper than the bigger size.
3. Determine the finishing that you want. The pocket is already a finishing. You can opt to have straight-edged pockets or those with curves. You can have the pocket cover about 1/3 of the folder from the bottom up or about 2/3 of the folder on one side. It really depends upon you. But this will cost you because the pocket will mean die-cutting so the printer will have to have a mold made for that purpose. Other finishing that you can have are laminated surfaces, gold stamping or emboss. For example, you can have the name and slogan of the company printing using the gold stamping method. Or you can have nothing on the cover except for the embossed logo of you company. It depends upon the design that you prefer, however, you have to understand that each addition will mean additional costs.
4. Remember to have a provision for the calling card in yourpocket folders. The provision means the slots that are cut on one of the folder pockets. The cuts are enough to fit a calling card when inserted. The card that is inserted there will be that of whoever is sending the proposal, so it could be the manager or the sales executive. This should be part of every pocket folder printing.
