Unless you’re lucky enough to have family or close friends in Italy, you’ll have to find the right hotel for your Italian vacation or business trip. Yes, there are tons of hotels and other short-term accommodations in virtually every Italian city and town. But how can you find the right one, the one that meets your needs? Check out our Italian Hotel Guide as described below.

We at www.travelitalytravel.com want to help. Our website has a special section devoted to Italian Tourist and Boutique Hotels. For ten of Italy’s most popular tourist and business destinations running from the Amalfi Coast to Venice we provide web pages featuring both relatively inexpensive tourist and pricier upscale boutique hotels. For the bigger cities we have included web pages for each and every neighborhood district; Rome has twenty. And page access to these Italian Hotels is a pezzo di torta (piece of cake). Just click on the link at the left of the home page, choose your city, and then choose from tourist and upscale hotels.

Each web page starts with a short description of the hotel neighborhood, highlighting its attractions, ...
... and a picture of a neighborhood attraction. Each web page includes a picture of two hotels (or the occasional bed and breakfast) followed by a short, fact-filled description of the property that includes its features and usually the approximate number of rooms. You’ll get a good idea if this is the spot you had in mind. For your convenience we include a live link to the hotel’s English-language website where you will get additional information and can even make your reservation. Disclaimer: We get no commission whatsoever so we are completely independent of the hotels. So we offer you an unbiased guide to Italian hotels.

But that’s not all that www.travelitalytravel.com offers. We include articles, region by region, on special attractions in the Italian spring, fall, winter, and Carnevale season. Who says that you have to limit your touring to the summer? There is even an Italian events and attractions calendar, month by month. Our latest column is devoted to Italian museums, and not just the ones that your neighbor visited last year. If you like music, you’ll appreciate our articles on Italian Music Festivals and Concerts. Whether your bag is Classical, Blues, Soul, Italian Popular Songs, or whatever, Italy has it and we have it listed, complete with English-language website links. Once again without any commission. We should talk to our (non-existent) agent. This site offers a whole lot more including dozens and dozens of guest articles. Did I mention my articles on wine tours, region by region?
