1/2 tin Condensed Milk
1/2 liter Whole Milk
1 tablespoon Butter or Pure Ghee

Methods Required to prepare Seviyan

In a pan pour two table spoon pure ghee or butter and heat it.
Add 50 gm Seviyan in the pan and fry them until they turn light brown.
Boil the 1/2 liter whole milk in a separate container. Add 1/2 tin condensed milk, fried Seviyan and cardamom powder to the boiled milk and mix the ingredients properly.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the Seviyan becomes soft. Garnish the Seviyan with raisins and dryfruits and serve in bowls.
