"Making the transfer to our new house was an exciting adventure. My family was moving out toward Oregon after living in Indiana all of our life. This was definitely not a tiny relocation. The best way that I could figure to make this move without spending a lot of money on extra moving trucks was going to have to be to rebuy many of the things I already owned. All of our belongings made it out to our new house a lot swifter than I would have thought. The moving company that we hired managed to get everything across the country without any disaster. I must confess, I was a little bit worried about moving my Great-Grandmothers old jewelry box. The way that everything was stored and organized really put calm to the storm of all my worries.

Our shopping escapade to get everything stocked up managed to run effortlessly without a hitch as well. There were a lot of costs already wrapped up in this whole move. So it was reassuring to know that there was at least one place where I would be able to save. All of those years of learning to watch my budget finally paid off and helped make the first few weeks at our new home a lot more satisfying.

We are now to the point where life has relaxed into a consistent routine once again. I can't imagine that we just moved out here a few months ago. Sometimes I let my mind wander and I remember how being in Indiana felt. There never seems to be an unhappy moment. With so much going on in our everyday lives, it's often more important for me to not dwell on what used to be. Thankfully, I don't have to work too hard to find the beauty in where we are currently."
