Under this treatment procedure, an electric current is passed through the hemorrhoids. This leads to the shut down of the blood supply and results in the piles to shrink.

Apart from the above methods, surgery is another option. Surgery can be conducted, by way of a scalpel, or by way of laser beams. In the recent times, laser surgery has become quite popular. However, it is quite expensive, as only the most experienced doctors are allowed to perform such a surgery. Yet, if you ask me, then natural remedies are definitely a great option.
