Reduce the number of blankets that you sleep with. Some people are afraid of cold so that they always choose many quilts or blankets to keep warm. Actually, too many quilts or blankets will make your body to retain an excess amount of heat during the night in turn causing you to sweat more than usual. So you should sleep with the minimum about of blankets that you require to stay warm.

Before you go to bed, try your best to calm your nerves and taking care of any excess stress in your life. If you fall asleep with stress and anxiety, you also have more chances to get night sweats.
