Execise Can Increase Endurance

Endurance can be produced by a lot of running. An outstanding athlete often run two or three times everyday. However, you do not have to follow the way, only if there is affluent time in the meanwhile. Even if you do like this, it would not have as many benefits as you imagine. In a research which was conducted by Edward Ears, Bu Ah Plot Nicky and Ellsworth Bass Kick, they divided the university's long-distance runners into two groups. Within nine weeks, the two groups' members exercise one time everyday in the afternoon. In addition, a group of people have to run emphatically for about six miles everyday. When the experiment was finished, the amount of time that has been cost was equally matched. But it was sure that differences would be existed in the long-distance running.
It seems that what is more important than the number of daily exercise is the long period of constant exercise, such as over several months, few years or even some decades. ... for fourteen years at least. In the fourteen years, they always got up at five o'clock everyday. They also need to practice for ten or twelve months per year. During the period of the fourteen years, the athletes would get up at five o'clock to do exercise, and each year they would take ten or twelve months to practice.
Some running athletes and coaches think that weightlifting is essential to achieve good results. If you give your body enough time to adapt, the results would be favorable. There is no shortcut to get experience.
When doing exercise; our brain will also be exercised. The tireless Ted Corbett told me that before he participated in fifty miles race, he had take twelve hours for preparation. He also said that his mind was as laborious as his body. Even though you do not prepare to run fifty miles, it is also applicable to use this principle. You have to put a distinct realization on your mind, to make it know that you are going to propose a requirement-especially when you are in strain or tiredness and want you brain to perform the indomitable spirit. So Czar Pique often repeated to practice breathing until he could not stand any more. His purpose is to make his brain know that when his body was short of oxygen, it does not need to be panic.
When in a competition, our mind will be full of some strange thoughts. We tend to forget the reason why we take part in the competition under pressure and fatigue. Once a time, I could not remember why I ran, although I have took part in marathon many times. I drop out of the competition for my physical and mental exhaustion.
