It's clear, if you're paying attention, that big companies like American Express and movie cinemas hire professionals to perform their spots. They do, after all, have the cash for it. But what about you? Have you ever thought that maybe your project is worth the attention of someone who knows how to voice act? It's easy to assume that, just because you're putting together a small project, your project won't benefit from a voice actor, but that just isn't true. Voice actors work on more than just big-time commercials.

But you should also get that you need to make an impression on the people who work for you as well as on the people who buy your product or service. Even if you have a well-oiled operation, the voice on the line that people hear when they call your organization can make or break you.
