For a small business enterprise it is important to take some type of insurance policies which can support financially and provide you a smooth running of your business. Product liability insurance is a type of insurance which gives you coverage when an injury or damage is done by your product to a customer or a third party. Products are used by customers without any precautions and they may prove to be an object of injury if not used without noticing the side effects of it. Many small enterprises are making it clear to the customers that if they are injured by their product then the company will not be responsible for the payment of medical bills but it can not be a good tactic used by business owners, because if they cant take the responsibility of a product safety then the reputation of the company and its unsafe products will be down in market.
