Apple kick-started the touch screen revolution with its iPhone model back in 2007 and it has reigned as the supreme force in the industry ever since. It is quite clear that Apple has been searching for this kind of technology in order to increase its screen size, as doing so without it would have resulted in compromising on the size of the phone.

The iPhone 4 currently offers the ability to store content in memory that can be chosen between the 16 GB and 32 GB options. Even though the extra memory card support is not available on the iPhone 4, one can take advantage of the huge amount of memory available internally itself. However, for the iPhone 5 , Apple is likely to introduce the option of expanding memory, which will further provide greater flexibility for the phone. This seems to be a very important feature in the high-end smartphone industry, especially considering that the amount of options that take up the memory have also been considerably growing in numbers. This includes the eight megapixel camera present in the rear, which is apparently capable of 1080 p full HD video recording.

This option is present in many of the high-end smart phones, but they do not offer the perfect operating system and the processor to take advantage of this facility. The iPhone 5, on the other hand, will be offering a 1 GHz dual core processor that provides immense performance for running the various actions of the phone.
