Think Positive: Fitness model programs are all the rage these days .They are targeted at people who want to make exercise an integral part of their lifestyles. The right attitude is a key if adequate results are desired. Instead of thinking of exercise as a chore to be dreaded, in order to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle, you should view exercise as an opportunity for recreation. This positive attitude ensures that people both look and feel great about themselves. This new outlooks makes exercise a celebration rather than a dreaded task.

Rome wasn't built in a day. In the same way, a perfect body cannot be achieved all of a sudden. It requires diligent and constant practice. However don’t forget to enjoy your task while you aim for that goal.

Exercising Basics: A fancy gym membership or a hefty investment in truckloads of exercise equipment is not a prerequisite for these programs. All you'll need is some weights, some very inexpensive workout equipments and workout gears. Keep your equipment in an open airy space where you feel comfortable spending a designated amount of time everyday. Also don't hide it away in the basement. Visible exercise equipment is a good reminder if you ever forget your daily workout.

The good news is you won’t be required to run, running increases heart rates which in turn burn muscle mass. If you burn muscle mass your body becomes flabby, hence defeating your purpose.
Warm up /Importance of low impact Cardio Exercises: Always remember to warm up before starting on the more strenuous exercises. A few practices of cardio are always beneficial.
