Acne is the most common skin disorder which predictably occurs first during the teenage. There's nothing to be embarrassed about, although the nasty red blemishes that threatens our vanity, confidence and our reputation. Acne mainly attacks the face, neck, chest, upper arms and back. The thick, oily material they secrete is referred to as sebum.
Acne is found to appear commonly in teenagers because hormones are highly active in teenagers. The visible acne in the form of blackheads and whiteheads is closely associated with hyper activity of the oil glands and congestion of the skin pores. Recent studies found that washing your face once or twice a day can help reduce the appearance of acne on your face, and neck.
It's important for all concerned to understand exactly why acne strikes. Diet, exercise, dirt and even sex (yes, even that's been blamed) do not cause acne. And there is a lot to be learned about the elements which have an effect on its development. Keep eating healthy. Keep on eating those delicious fruits and vegetables, which have minerals that provide healthier skin, and just like washing your face, eating healthy reduces acne. If eating spicy foods or oily foods seem to cause more breakouts, by all means, avoid them. Drinking more water helps circulation and keeps the skin clear.
Firstly begin with a cleaning regime that you can do every day. By strictly maintaining the skin clear, by cleansing toning and moisturizing you can help improve your acne. Cosmetics wearers must use only water-based foundation and powder blush. Generic medicines produce unstable and inconsistent results.
If you try to break the acne or pimples, infection may occur and scars will develop. So then, how do you burst them without squeezing? Bad habits such as picking on the pimple, or sleeping with make up on will just cause clogged pores, or inflammation, and therefore cause the condition to worsen when it could have been avoided.
Acne can be a big problem but if do whatever possible to change what you eat and how you exercise you will soon start noticing a great improvement in your acne.
