I do my regular training workout after work, at my favorite gym, which is nearby.

Although I won't wear my MMA hoodies, while I do the bulk of my training, I do warm up with 10 to 15 quick sprints and 30 minutes of jumping rope and I wear them then. With all of this, I am so prepared to hop into my sparring matches or whatever my training regiment will consist of today.
