Composing Your Brochure For An Organic Company

You are excited because you have undertaken a healthy lifestyle and have started a company selling organic products. You are now producing organic fertilizers in big amounts plus you are already harvesting fresh produce from your organic farm. It all started as a demo farm for your organic fertilizer but it is producing a sizable amount of fresh harvests that you are already supplying many restaurants and groceries in the city. You want to perform your own brochure printing and produce your own brochures so that you will have an institutionalized material for your company. But you wonder what kind of information you will put on your materials to make it informative and interesting at the same time.
First of all, decide on whether you brochure will be purely informative, purely advertising, or a little of both. If it is going to be purely informative, you will include less photos and more factual information. The meat of your copy should be things like the advantages of using organic fertilizer or the benefits of growing and eating organic products. You should be able to cite factual references and include data from actual ...
... researches. The only hint of advertising in that brochure would be your logo, company name, and contact details at the back.
If your brochure will be a combination of both, then you can first include a list of your products plus their descriptions. Find descriptive photographs and include them under each product or category of products. You can then reserve maybe 1/3 of the space for factual information based on research. This should not be mixed with information pertaining to your products. Or you could write an advertorial featuring your organic products. You may need a good writer for this in order that you can have a seamless article. The mention of your company and your products almost seems like part of a factual article more than advertising hints.
But if your brochure is going to be purely advertising, all you need are good quality photographs of your products, like colorful fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables and herbs, as well as descriptions of your products. You may also include a scenic photo of your demo farm so that people will see how you have arranged your farm. People will be curious as to how your farm looks like especially that you claim that you use organic fertilizer. They will want to know the details and your photo will already speak a thousand words. You will also need to have a good introductory paragraph or short article. It could be how your farm started or what you hope it will become in the future. If you are offering services, such as farm estimation or planning your own farm, then do mention it in your brochure. It will need a lot of explanation but just make it as brief as possible. Then make a statement that will encourage your readers to pick up the phone and ask you about it.
Brochures will help you market your products, especially your organic fertilizer to other farmers. Your products then will become a testimony at how effective your fertilizer is. Your brochure printing should not be hard as long as you know its specific purpose. From there, you gather the pertinent information and materials that you need.
